Search a warehouse

1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Warehouses.
2. Click the warehouse entry. The Warehouse Record page opens.
3. Click the Available Items tab. A full list of tracked hardware in the warehouse opens.
4. Select a Default Properties filter option:
   • Hardware:
   • ESN
   • Hardware Name
   • IMEI
   • Serial Number
   • Service Type
   • Status

   • Type

     Note: A list of Additional Attributes may appear if you have them configured. These can also be selected for filters.

5. For each filter selected, a search entry appears in the Selected Filters pane.
6. Enter search terms into the filter entries.
7. Keep repeating this process until you have defined all necessary filters.
8. Click Apply Filter. A list of all the items in the selected warehouse whose characteristics match your search appears.
9. Click on the item's record to open.
